tenants/conduct move-in inspection

Collect & maintain Cleaning/Security/Damage
deposits

Order & keep track of necessary repairs

Monthly exterior drive by inspections

Collect rents each month from tenants

Bookkeeping, we can make utility payments (if any),
house payments, insurance payments, deposit to your
account(s), or mail your funds directly to you!
